Mission Statement

I wish I could concisely state the many reasons I have for starting a blog. What I have to offer is in no way new or more imaginative then the thousands of other pages you can view at the click of a button. The Internet has given any person with a computer a voice to talk about what ever they care to. This may be inspiring to some, but to me it's another excuse not to bother. But then I started thinking about what I could offer. Not once have I shared music that I loved, obsessed over even with someone and gotten the kind of response that I hoped I would get. I realize now that the only reason why is because, initially music is extremely personal. What I want to do with handlebar tenor is share music that I care about, in the hopes that it will impact you in a positive way. I can't write so my reviews will be simple to read (if reading bad English is simple). I don't know if I can post songs on this thing. If I can, there will tons. Otherwise, I'll post links. I don't know if I'll write a paragraph or a page. I want to do this at least once a week. Whatever, happens I hope you enjoy, or at least respond. If my dad were here to see this I think the first question he would ask me would be: "Are you nervous?!?! The answer is a resounding yes!!!
